Walk In Urgent Care

"Google timing shows open but waited from 1:20 to 1:40 pm on a Thursday and the doors are locked. Called the number, no one answered. Click on website takes you to some spam website. Someone please confirm if this facility is operational or closed"

"I called the urgent care 10 minutes ago to inquire if they were open, and when I mentioned my 4 years child had a fever, the receptionist asked their age and then stated they don't treat such cases???and she sign to the ER . If they can't handle simple medical issues like this, it raises the question of why they're even open. It's disappointing."

"As implied by the name of the business, I needed urgent care. On their online listing they were said to open at 8. Which you would think means they are taking patients at 8. This was not the case. The building was not opened until 8:07 and the first patient did not begin intake until 8:20. They were not actually taken in to be seen until 8:26. On top of this, despite having a real person in the facility, they are using a remote person to intake patients. They were difficult to hear and let me and one other man sit in the lobby for 20 minutes without letting us know we could check in. When we finally did they told us she had asked us to check in several times. A very strange experience. I ended up waiting over an hour and then leaving as I had previous commitments to take care of."
