"I used to love this practice when Dr. Komorowski worked there. They are completely useless now. No staff and therefore can’t help you with any issues and will refer you to the ER instead of doing their due diligence. Especially the nurse Kim. Unhelpful and unempathetic. I had to get my wonderful PCP to help me with an obstetrical issue which they failed to do. Awful and will never go to this office again. If I could leave zero stars I would"
"I had a appointment that was made a year ago for my yearly exam. They changed the appointment several times as the doctor I saw before was in private practice and went to this group and then decided to retire. I received a call the day of my appointment and was told if you come to the appointment you will have to pay $220.00 for the office visit because Medicare will not pay for the doctors visit, they will pay for the test but not the doctor. What this doesn't make sense. I called Medicare 3 times and was told by 3 people that I spoke with that Medicare does cover this appointment (Doctors charge and test) as long as it has been 24 months since the last one. The person in billing (Michelle) even gave me the code numbers that they use and said Medicare won't pay. She kept saying when we were private practice they could discount the office visit but since they are now with Kettering they won't do that. I called Medicare again with the code numbers and the woman with Medicare stressed that the code they are using isn't a code they use any longer and they need to use the correct code to get paid. I called back and spoke to Michelle again and I told her what the woman from Medicare told me and proceeded to tell her that the woman from Medicare gave me a name and phone number of who Michelle needed to call to get the correct code I was told the same line that I heard from her Medicare won't pay for it this is the only code we use for all insurance companies and they take it. Well all I know is Medicare said it's not a good code. Michelle didn't want to hear it. So I will find another office I'm sure they could care less but I think it pretty poor of a doctors office to be charging a person for something that is paid for by Medicare and not open to calling for the correct code!"
"The Dr. Benoit - Pinette was a very good doctor and made me very comfortable throughout my visit. She recommended that I schedule another visit for ultrasound. When I scheduled this visit I asked would I owe anything and the office visit told me no. Once calling back to get an update on my results I was told by the office manager that she could not tell me anything until I paid off a balance which I was unaware of. Once I didn’t pay this balance off in the amount of time they suggested they sent it to collections and then to a lawyer and sued me. Again the doctor was great but the office is very rude and will cause the doctors to lose a lot of patients."
"I saw Dr. Liesner for years. I was on birth control for 16+ years to manage heavy periods and horrible mood swings. When I developed high blood pressure I was given no option except an IUD. I explained all the issues that I had before I went on birth control and was told everything that I experienced was normal. She told me the IUD would be great and I would have no issues. I never felt like my concerns were even listened to, and she never explained any side effects of the IUD. The IUD was the absolute worst experience. Painful cramps, bleeding that never stopped, severe mood swings. I was told it takes up to a year to get everything under control and my symptoms were swept under the rug. I found a new doctor where I was diagnosed with endometriosis and adenomyosis within 6 months time. My new doctor immediately knew I likely had endometriosis from all the symptoms I had had for approximately 16 years. She had me scheduled for a diagnostic laproscopy that first visit to confirm her suspicions. Dr. Liesner never even mentioned endometriosis as a possibility and just told me all my symptoms were normal when they obviously weren't."
"I have been going here for 22yrs since I was 18 years old. Absolutely loved Doctor Altman and miss him. I took my daughter for her first visit ever to see Dr. Reddy. And apparently she was trying to talk my “minor” child into getting the vaccine. But I didn’t know until after we left. All I can say is I will look for another practice to go to from now on. You need to stay in your lane."
