"Been going here for about a year now. Dr Ford is amazing. She is an amazing human and listens to you, cares about you and doesnt cut you off just to get to the next patient. However, the front office was very rude in the beginning but seems they have corrected that. Much much nicer today"
"I give this a two because I like the nurse practitioner. It's just sad, really sad that the front office folks, (not all of them) could use some more training on dealing with patients, clients, potential patients, patients in dire need, or just plain customer facing skills. I went to this office in April on a Monday. I was around 20 mins late, they wouldn't see me. I went back that following Wednesday. First time for the year. I did not have my new insurance card, and they offered no assistance. I was in a critical state and needed to see nurse practitioner and I broke down in the office from the lack of empathy, concern, and their unwillingness to offer any assistance. They said I had no information in their system. Strange since I've been paying bills, and made several visits there in 2018. The only thing that changed was the amount of my co-pay. When you call, they aren't the friendliest. Most time they act like you're bothering them. The office area has no seating for people of all sizes. When it all boils down, it was just the Lord letting me know I needed to go somewhere else. I was able to get an appointment with another Premier location. They were able to evaluate me and I've progressed more in a month then the whole year I was with this location. To the doctors and nurses treating people, don't let the front end folks run your business away. They'll move on with little thought and so will the patients. I did."
"I am surprised at the negative reviews. I have been seeing Dr. Ford for 2 years and have always been treated courteously by the office staff and have had reasonable wait times to see the doctor. Dr. Ford takes the time to listen to me and understand my health complaints and does not rush me out the door. She is thorough in her treatment and answers emails (via the health portal) promptlly."
"Id give -10 stars if i could. Front desk people told me my medicaid was fraud, wouldnt explain any further even though i had insurance through work too, they wouldnt see me. My multiple attempts to get an explanation from them while on hold with jobs and family service went nowhere. Girl up front said she would reschedule me for monday since i was on hold and runs to back then all of a sudden says her boss said they couldnt see me monday because it takes 30 days for insurance to cancel. But when i canceled with jafs they said it cancelled right away. Terrible service to new patients and based on reviews looks like old patients are leaving this place too. I won't be surprised when they go out of business, these people are shady as hell stay far away. You have been warned."
"I have been going there for about a year or 2 (just because i do not have the time to change it) and starting from the incredibly smelly waiting room, and moving to the Dr. (Riddiford) being close to clueless or very disinterested in her patients. I never have the time to explain in full what my issue is and she is ranting some possible (incorrect) diagnosis. Before I can even explain she is out of the room and with some scribbled paper to come back in 2 weeks for whatever unexplained reason. The last straw was coming in to change my diabetes meds to be sent for more blood work and to come back yet again a few days later to be sent home with no meds...I was told to see a GI doctor. I have type II diabetes. Needless to say I will find another practice."
