However, I find most of the front desk staff rude, impatient, and almost arrogant. New office manager refused my infusion treatment due to balance on my account despite already being set up in a payment plan. How can you refuse a patient treatment that is giving them quality of life and imperative to stay on a schedule? Very unsympathetic!"
