"Pam rehabilitation hospital is amazing. The staff on first shift are awesome I give them 5 stars but the staff on 3rd shift are negligent to the point of dangering the lives of patients, Especially the nurse from Nigeria she was so negligent that it took her 8 hours to do blood pressures and pass meds. Didnt start passing meds until 1 in the morning. The day staff honestly want to see you get better and the 3 hours of therapy a day 5 days a week is like top of the line care. The food is better than most hospitals with a private chef that comes to your bedside and talks about your diet. The facility is brand new with state of the art tech. It's very clean and organized. Honestly I was wanting to go to the fifth floor of atrium hospital but I maybe will come to this facility for future rehab If that nurse isn't working here for the most part i feel safe and sound In this Pam rehabilitation hospital. These people honestly want to see you get better. And shutout to the rn Everett he is the best nurse you can have. Connie , Rick, and Ashley are great pt staff and I feel like cody and the whole ot they honestly care about their patients. The nurse Lisa was the only nurse on third shift I felt safe with"

"Not happy with this facility at all ..my daughter came from Soin..with cdiff infection..they haven't treated her well at all!!! Their sanitation is terrible!!!! I don't recommend this place at all"

"My wife needed rehab after COVID put her on a vent for a month. She built strength and stamina in record time and is now home. thanks to team of terrific people. The entire staff from leadership, intensivists, nurses, therapists, and support team were awesome! Every manager went out of their way to spend time with us to explain services and process for successful and effective rehab. New facility is wonderful. Clean, welcoming, spacious. As well, support for family, allowing us to bring in her dog, offer snacks and drinks for grandkids; and more all made the stay very positive and successful at restoring strength, balance, functionality and stamina."

"I would not recommend. Kettering Health sent me here for cardiac therapy, having previously sent my records. I was awakened at midnight for an EKG and then told they did not accept cardiac patients, so they ordered an ambulance to take me back to the hospital. Now I’ve received a bill for the ambulance service, over $1,000. I was never consulted about transportation."

"My dad during the week had very nice care. Tiffany and cheneka were wonderful. Food is ok but he doesn’t like half of the meals. We supplement with bringing him milk shakes. Care on a Sundays is more of a challenge…no therapy so less attention for the patients…."
