"I'm not impressed with the nurse practitioner,Ashli. She seemed unable to sympathize for the pain and discomfort I'm in. She refused to right a doctor's excuse so I could take the day off from my job, So I'd be able to get other thing's for day to day life, accomplished. After letting her know, the Tylenol isn't working. I'm at a pain level of 6, so standing on my feet I'll be at a 8-9 by end of shift. I find it sad our medical care has come down to not even having a caring medical staff."

"I’ve had serious back pain for years. Due to being in many accidents. Some days the pain is manageable, but others I literally spend crying. I called the office to see if I could get something for the pain. After speaking with the nurse practitioner Paula Wentworth, she ask me “well what do you want me to do about it, didn’t you make a TPI appointment?” I told her yes but that was over two weeks away. I was then told there was nothing she could do. After going back and forth she offers me steroid pills. I tell her those don’t work for me, she sneaks and again says that’s all I can do. This was all during a video visit. After going back and forth some more, she says well I can check with the dr and get back to you. No one EVER calls back, I call them around 4pm the office staff offer me a appointment the next day with Dr Schulte. I call in the next day speak with him explain everything I told the nurse, he says your mri was normal so i don’t know why you are in pain. This is after he has already told me according to my X-ray my lower spine has slipped forward. They treated me like I was not human, like they don’t know what to do to help me with my pain. I already know some in the medical community think that African Americans don’t feel pain or drug seeking. I will be contacting an attorney, as I feel my lack of proper care is racially motivated."
