"ARI provided the Lawrenceburg Community School Corporation administrative team a very thorough tour of their offerings for schools and their students of their office and in the field. We look forward to future partnerships."
"Really cool experience! We stayed in the lab for this one and sorted REAL specimens. Touching pottery from 1000 years ago was amazing. We had 2 adults and 2 middle schoolers. We all enjoyed it and definitely plan to go back."
"My wife and I got this experience for her mom for her birthday. There was us and my son and father in law, and we had an amazing time. My mother in law loved it. First the staff and volunteers are super nice and very knowledgeable. We learned to throw an atlatl, shot archery and flint knapping. Then we learned a lot about Native American lifestyles in our area as we played in the dirt. We plan on going back and recommend others to try themselves."
"First off - don’t be intimidated. ARI’s goal is to make archeology accessible & easy to understand for ages 5-105. If you ever want to learn more about the indigenous people of the Ohio Valley, or learn what an archeologist does, or know nothing and curious, this place is for you. Stop by - the staff are awesome!"
"This place and its mission is truly admirable. The experiences and site are something amazing to behold and a once in a lifetime chance to see what being an archaeologist and what archaeology are all about. This orginization offers an outing that the whole family will enjoy. I can not say enough good things about it."
