"I recently was admitted to practice law in Indiana and received several certificates which reflected this, along with my Juris Doctorate degree. I had The Framery create frames to match for all of these and was OVERLY impressed at the finished product. Mary at the Framery is fabulous and did such an amazing job on my frames. I am very happy to hang these beautiful pieces to display in my office."
"If I could give 0 stars I would. I brought my 5yo daughter here for her first time pottery painting. my daughter chose two peices and I chose one. we finished painting and went to check out to pay and was THEN told their potter oven that makes it shiny and finishes it was broken, and she didnt know when it would be fixed. I then explained my daughter was only in town for a few more days and asked if it could be fixed by then, she told me she didnt know when it would be fixed but that if my daughter went home before it was fixed she would have it mailed. I was upset but didnt want to make a scene in front of my daughter so i paid and left. my husband called to ask for a refund and was cussed at an told she will not give a refund. After husband going back an fourth with her, she finally agreed to refund half of it an still send the pottery. my advice is, if your machine is down, let your customers know that as soon as they walk in the door or better yet before they even get there because i called this woman before i came here an told her we would be painting pottery and she had 2 chances to make it known the finished product would not be leaving with us the same day but she waited until last minute. Give your customers the option wether they want to wait or not. bad customer service and i wont be returning. editing this 3/20/23 as an update - she never refunded my half like she told my husband she would. These people are rude and scammers and ill never go back."
"We had a corporate event at the Lawrenceburg event center and we asked The Framery to come teach a painting class to some of our attendees. They did an amazing job teaching 50 people how to paint on canvas and on wine glasses! We had so many complements on how much everyone enjoyed the class. We will definitely use The Framery again!"
"My son just graduated bootcamp for the United States Marine Corps. when ordering pictures, he ordered a rather large picture 16x20, came in to get it framed. absolutely stunning frame and glass quality. the very nice lady that helped me out was nothing less than amazing. This was my first time getting something framed and will not be the last, all my framing will be done here! i typically try to stay with small businesses, and this shop is the exact reason why!"
"They have beautiful artwork, jewelery and pottery from local artists. The owner and staff have always been very friendly, taking the time to personally work with me to ensure the framing and purchases are just right and keeping me updated when new pieces come in. It's totally worth a visit!"
