"Negatives - Dr Farbod maybe spent 5min with me, ignored complaints about medicine side effects. Only printed out a paper to give on discharge about taking medicine safely, never talked about it with me. Office gives a blanket paper with info for referrals not related to the patient. Felt more like an inconvenience and an insurance cash cow than a patient. Positives - in and out quick, checkin was speedy, the nurse listened better than the doc and understood my complaints about the medicine. Dr farbod doesn't push medication on you like some doctors do. He gave real solutions to take care of the back pain, not just hide it."

"Doctor Berdichevsky was awesome. Explained everything he was going to do to my neck and made sure I understood the surgery. He remembers me by name every time I am in the office for follow up visits. Chris the nurse practitioner is great also he takes the time to listen and explain everything so I can understand what to expect in the recovery. The office staff is very professional and very nice."
