"What a poorly run facility! I take a family member every month and visits average 90 minutes. It’s never been less than 1 hour, and sometimes it’s more than 2 hours. They call the patient for an eye exam and then send them back to the waiting room. Then they call for a different exam or photos and send the patient back to the waiting room. Finally they call them to see the doctor. Literally spent more time in the waiting room than the actual appointment! Last time I chatted with another patient that shared the same frustration. Doesn’t matter which location, CEI Drive or Carver Road - it’s the same issue. Be prepared to wait… a lot!"
