"The pharmacy deserves negative stars. The customer service at the pharmacy is horrible. Now, I remember the reason why I stopped giving CVS my business in the first place. If you can avoid it, don't use any CVS location."

She obviously doesn’t care that people don’t feel well when coming in to get RX’s. Maybe this isn’t the career for her. I took pride in treating people with respect when I was a Pharmacy Tech. No cares about kindness or respect anymore. It’s SO sad."

"One stop shopping for beauty products, medications. There is a minute clinic staffed daily. They accept good rx coupons. Flu shots for $40 without an appts. Staff smelled of tobacco and could be more friendly."

I knew it was going to be this way because there was a change in my meds and other questions about delivery I was told they cannot have 1 med delivered because it's Controlled. Ok I asked my options and Keisha told me to "get a ride" im sorry. If I could get a ride I would not need delivery. The pharmacist was rude too. Literally told me to "not talk to her about this" I know they work hard. So do I. I am short staffed under paid. But cannot be rude to customers especially SICK customers, Im done. I quickly switched my meds to a private place who will deliver and was happy to assist me. I will choose this and pay extra. Corporate greed."
