"I was told I might have psoriasis and was given a steroid cream. I was told to use it when needed but no longer than five days. It never worked. Spots kept coming and going. I've called and left a message on four different occasions and my calls have never been returned."
"Horrible. Dont listen. Was told 3 times my skin rash was just allergies. Never got any better."
"Dr Cooper is really nice person to talk to and they are dog friendly but as a dermatologist she definitely needs more training and bringing in all the other nurses in to see a patient is pretty embarrassing when I have a complex about myself already. I needed some warts froze off and OMG dont have her do it she scarred my hands something horrible. she froze all the good skin around them and didn't even get the warts so then I had several huge open wounds to try to keep clean.I also had a few places I was concerned about for possible skin cancer she barely looked at them and said there's nothing to be concerned about but that wasn't the case after a second opinion I had 3 precancerous spots that are now no longer a threat. As to the jerk of a person complaining about the dog running around the office that's not the case. The dog is there for moral support and comfort who stays behind the counter"
"Just horrible. I never did get to see the doctor because the receptionist had me sit and wait for over three hours while others that came in after were taken in. Eventually, I said something and she was so rude that I told her that they better not bill me as I was leaving. Someone needs to tell them that patients have lives too!"
"I went, paid a copay, and when I went to the pharmacy they hadn’t received the prescription I was given. What a waste of money and time!"
