"This is quite literally the only place where I can be away from my child and he won't flip out or start crying uncontrollably. He has always had a problem with being separated from his parents. They do a great job here working around that with the coivd rules. He always comes back in a great mood and with a huge smile on his face. They showed him a little about flossing and some other pointers for taking better care of his baby teeth. 10/10"
"I've went to Spradlin since I was 2 years old. I'm 32 now and my niece started to attend here. Missed two appointments because of Covid and weather. They said because we didn't call, they can't reschedule her. I understand making cutoffs, but this is ridiculous. Over 20 years of attending this dentistry and because of 2 no shows they refuse to ever see my 9 year old niece in their office again. I guess 2 missed appointments negates over 20 years of appointments and loyalty from me and my sister. My parents paid cash for both of our braces in our teens. This office has received tons of money from our insurance. And 2 missed appointments, we are never allowed to go there again. The dental hygienists that saw me grow up and Dr. Spradlin were like family. Whoever the new dentist in charge is, you don't deserve to work under the Spradlin name. Just a huge disappointment and hurt, honestly."
"Dr. Mussetter is an incredible pediatric dentist and I truly enjoy working with her and her office. I'm an orthodontist in town so we have many mutual patients and I'm always impressed with her work, but more importantly the great experience patients have there. My daughter is grown now and beyond the realm of a pediatric dentist, but I would certainly not hesitate to send my kids there. Thanks for being an amazing colleague!!!"
"I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Mussetter! My daughter is almost 4 and she had a small cavity. My mom is a hygienist at another office and does my daughters cleanings, but they referred us to Dr. Mussetter when we found the cavity. I was pretty nervous because it was not only her first cavity, but nobody else has ever worked on her teeth before. My daughter was pretty nervous too but Dr. Mussetter and her staff were amazing! They were so nice and eased both mine and my daughters nerves almost immediately! They done a great job at explaining everything to me and to my daughter to calm her down! I highly recommend them and if my babies ever need anymore work, we will most definitely be back!"
