"Very clean, warm, welcoming environment. The waiting area was exceptionally upscale in decor. I've never seen a waiting area this nice. Love the pillows! Lol!! Very calming and comfy. The staff were all very patient and pleasant. The doctor was very helpful and informative. Everyone made my pup feel comfortable. Their prices are very reasonable."
"The most compassionate people! I had to make the very difficult decision to let my basset hound go. As soon as we walked in the door, we didn't even have time to sit down, we were quickly greeted by staff that took us directly to a room. I respect this more than I can say because it was already a difficult day. They also didn't waste any time before they started the process which was great to not prolong the inevitable. All that being said, this is not my normal vet (but soon will be) but my vet wanted to do a full exam before determining that she could be put down so a full vet visit along with euthanasia would have been pointless and costly. Thank YOU Cuyahoga Falls Veterinary Clinic! See you soon for my other dogs. I appreciate the compassion so much!"

"I'm so happy my pup chose this location. Carter was so happy after his first visit with Dr. Springer and his second visit with Dr. Gates. This is why I said he chose them. The staff if friendly and extremely helpful, even in cases of last minute appointments. The entire staff is amazing. They're very informative and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know."
