"I felt very unwelcomed as soon as I walked in the door. It was a few years ago and my dad and I were trying to find another therapist's office, but we thought we had the right one. It was the middle of winter and an older man near the front door snapped at me to take my hat off immediately after we walked in, while my dad was wearing a hat as well but he didn't say anything to him. Now that I'm looking for a better place to attend therapy at, this will definitely not be a considered practice.. First impressions make all the difference."
