"Only gave it 1 star to comment. They don't return calls. They got rid of mine and my sons counselor and has bothered to replace him. The doctor prescribed me 2 medications that you aren't supposed to take together and it made me deathly ill."

"I only gave a star to say it's not worth it. They don't get back with you Every time you call NO ONE answer you leave a message and you never get call back. I don't recamean going here fine someone else."

"Called to set up appts for me and my daughter of course we have 2 different counselors. Was put through to each one’s voicemails and it’s been a week I never got a call back. I called today let them know neither counselor ever called me back. No apology nothing. Then was told the reciptionist would call me back to set my appt up. Then I have to call back because they never called me back. Then I’m told my daughter was set up with a counselor but I don’t have one? I’m like I know I do because Kathy the lady that sets them up put me with Dee. He said well at the beginning of march it shows she transferred your file back so I’ll have to put you back through to Kathy. Obviously they don’t care about people’s mental health cause God forbid if it was a serious mental health crisis."

"I wouldn't give this place one star only did so I could comment I need to know who to get ahold of to file a complaint they are the worst place ever they refused to admit my mom to the hospital when she told them she was scared and needed to so I took her to emergency room where they admitted her into a mental facility..after she was released 3 weeks later which was a 3 to 5 day place (that's how bad she was )when she got out nobody could get ahold of the doctor so we called the after hour phone number the guy was so rude didnt help at all said there's nothing he can do and hung up on us..so after that we had to take her to the emergency room again just to get a refill til her appt. Well her appt. Comes around n the doctor calls off!!! This place needs shut down should not b working with the mentally ill they don't care. The meds shes on cant just b stopped it could kill her but they don't even care."

"I am only giving this place 1 star because I see my psychiatrist here and I like her a lot because she listens.. I can't get a hold of anyone for anything... they send you straight to a nurse which then says leave a message and they NEVER CALL YOU BACK! I'm thinking about switching to a different facility just because of this problem. If you also have patient portal with them and send a message you never get a reply there neither. So I honestly don't recommend going here."
