"I went to CVS for the latest COVID-19 shot. There seemed to have been a little misunderstood, but the manager stepped in and saved the day. I was proud of the manager he understood that customers should be a priority!!"

"CVS represents complete incompetence. Left a prescription with them for a ten day supply of Amoxicilan. 3 pills a day. 30 capsules. They filled it for 1 pill. 47cents. Received in the mail 30% off coupon they would not honor it since it didn't agree with my CVS card? Go to Walgreens or Walmart. I did"

"Funny how an employee can have a personal conversation with a customer at the drop off area for medication knowing that a person is waiting, waiting and waiting to be helped. Funny how it takes 2 people to help one person with one of them have a long personal chat with that customer and not until a lady came in and stood behind me waiting to drop off a prescription also was I then notice and asked , are you dropping off, REALLY? I am a person of color and it was like I was invisible until a white lady came in and stood behind me and that is when I then became noticeable. I did make a complaint to the manager who claims she was going to address it and I sure hope she did."

"Prescriptions (2) called in....stopped by the next day to lick them up....not ready...out of 1 of them but will be in the next day. Get a text that they are ready for pick up....stand in line to find out only one is ready....5 days later I get a text message that the script is ready (7 days total) ....I pick them up and then get a phone call if I want to be on auto renewal....no thanks!!! They appear to be disorganized with prescription bags laying all over the place....there has to be better choices,"
