"You can never get in on an emergency basis, they always have to schedule you out a couple of weeks. My wife who was a patient for over 23 years was told she would have to find another practitioner because she had not been seen recently. She was told it was ketterings network policy. We know that they can decide who they want to see……..high instances of staff turnover. The doctors there don’t listen to their patients very well and although the staff acts friendly the don’t seem to care if they can help patients in a crisis."
