"i checked the closing time before coming and this location closes at 5 so I arrived at 4:40 coming from work. When I got there the woman at the desk was so rude. She said she can’t do it because it would put her over on her hours. She said blood work needs to be done at least a half hour before close. If that’s the case they need to close a half hour before so they can do what they need to after. She asked if it was important and I said it was because I needed my hcg and progesterone checked. If my progesterone is low (like it often is) I need to take it immediately so I don’t miscarry. I was kind and asked if she wanted me to come back tomorrow and she said she would go ahead and do it since I needed it. She was clearly mad though and was a little rough and really fast when drawing my blood. I apologized for being an inconvenience when I left and that seemed to help a little bit but I shouldn’t have to be treated like that just because I didn’t know she would be over on her hours when I have important blood work that I need."

"My husband used this location for his pre employment drug test and he said the people there are rude! He said the lady acted like she didnt want to be there and didnt give him any information. It has been a couple of days so he spoke to his boss and his boss said LabCorp has it down that he hasnt even taken the test but he has the paper showing he did! I feel like the lady didnt do her job and they probably are throwing out peoples samples! This will be investigated if we dont get an answer soon!"

"Don't expect to get test results back because they either throw specimen away right away, don't test specimen, or lose them. I suspect they just throw them away because there are too many complaints about not getting test results back. And if they're that bad about not doing their job, it makes me wonder if they use dirty supplies. This place needs to be shut down."

"Don't expect anything to get done here. They said they don't answer their phones when they are busy....uh what? What lab/medical office doesn't answer their phones? That's terrible customer service especially when I'm trying to get my test results re-sent because my doctors office never received them. If it wasn't for my insurance, I would never go here. Absolutely terrible."
