"It seems like they don’t wanna help people ? I filled out the form online over a week ago for them to contact me and I’ve heard nothing- so I called at 7:05am today to try to get an intake appointment and John answered the phone, he said the lady that handles that would be in at 8:30 so I called back at 8:35am and John answered again- I told him I was calling to try to get an intake appointment again and he said that he thought I was dialing his line ?? (I was calling the number listed here on google) and took my information and said he would have the intake lady call me. I asked him how long it usually takes to get in to be seen and he said rather quickly and it could be as soon as tomorrow but i wouldn’t start medication until Monday bc the dr was in a meeting today. If people are calling for help it’s usually an urgent matter and it seems to be more hassle than it’s worth to get into this place. I found another provider that does same day appointments and everyone at that office was so nice & amazing, it just sucks because PAX is waaaay closer for me. Should be able to make appointments online if the office is that disorganized."

If you are looking for a place to just get meds and not get clean then this is not the place for you. But if you are serious about getting sober this place will help you.
