"Do NOT recommend! I developed dry socket after a tooth extraction and just because I smoke cigarettes Dr. Balsly automatically assumed it was because of that and refused to do anything about it. During that visit they "fixed" my front tooth and the one right beside it. 3 days later what they did completely fell out and when I scheduled an appointment to have them try and fix it, I had car issues and was unable to make it. So since I missed that appointment Dr. Balsly will no longer allow me to be a patient there. My smile is so ugly now, my confidence is non existent and I can't find anywhere that accepts my insurance and is taking new patients and this has been going on for almost a year. Won't even fix what they messed up. I hate the way I look now and I regret ever going there."

We moved almost an hour away from Trailside dental 7 years ago But have maintained our relationship with Trailside; that’s how great they are. They accept most insurance coverages and have all of the new up-to-date dental services. Recently, our nine-year-old son had a accident at school and broke his front permanent tooth. On a Wednesday that the office was closed, Dr. Balsley and his staff told us to bring Aiden directly in and they took care of him. How cool is that!
