"This marriott location is LOVELY. The staff are all so attentive (lead by their INCREDIBLE manager, Julie Mock!!). My fiancé and I stayed while visiting family in the area and everything was literally nothing shy of spectacular!!! From the room to the lobby everything was so clean and smelled wonderful! The pool was so refreshing and gorgeously maintained! The breakfast was DELICIOUS. It’s suffice to say that Ms. Mock runs a wonderful hotel and we will be back!!"

"During my business trip, we stayed at the Fairfield Inn and suites in austinburg Ashtabula. Everyone was so helpful, breakfast was delicious and the workers there were so attentive. The front desk was so helpful with helping us into a room and pointing out places that we could experience. The manager julie mock was a wonderful person and very helpful. If anyone is wondering what hotel to stay at, pick this one. Rooms are clean, the fitness and pool are clean and stocked. We are definitely going to stay here again on our next outing :)."

"The staff here is absolutely amazing the rooms were so clean and beautiful. The hotel is updated and very nice. The manager I believe her name was Julie, was so helpful with giving us directions around the area as we were in town for a soccer game at the spire. I have already booked a room for our next visit to Ashtabula!!!"

"The staff was very friendly. Answered all my questions. Very attentive. Rooms were very clean. Only had one garbage spot in the dining room. Was hard to find. There are plenty of breakfast options. The pool was nice. It's very small but still good for the kids. The lobby and bathroom were clean, too. Great location next to food and gas."
