"According to the website and the front door they are open on Saturdays from 8 am to 12pm.they are closed!!!! My grandson’s glasses broke on his way to work this morning so he dropped them off so I could take them to be fixed. This is an expensive pair of frames that were bought only last Oct. he can not see without his glasses. If your website says your open and the front door says your open and your phone service puts you through to a certain person don’t you think you should be open or a reason you not posed somewhere!!"

"My experience with Allison Kutchenriter was terrible. From the very beginning, it was clear that she was not interested in providing quality customer service. When I first went in to pick out my glasses, she did not bother to take any measurements. When I asked for her assistance in finding a pair and asked about pricing she seemed annoyed and acted as if it was a huge inconvenience to help me and just sat there. The day I went to pick up my glasses, Allison was supposed to fit them for me before I left. However, when I tried them on, I immediately noticed that they were not fitting properly. The frames were too tight and lopsided. I politely asked Allison if she could make some adjustments, and she seemed irritated by my request! She half-heartedly attempted to adjust them, but claimed that she couldn't do anything more and that I would get used to them! I was shocked by her dismissive attitude and lack of professionalism. It was clear that she did not care about the satisfaction of Midwest customers. Feeling frustrated and disappointed, I left the store with my ill-fitting glasses. I made another appointment at the west Toledo location where I was taken care of and had all of my needs and requests met. Avoid the Oregon location at all cost."

"Into it with them now after paying for glasses there help is eating food clipping there finger nails looking at all people waiting instead of helping us never again want my money back"

"I have been with Midwest eye Consultants for a few years now and I have to say the service is one of the worst places I have ever experienced. The ladies at the desk are down right rude. Me and my daughter had appointments for eye exams and they told us they were having problems with getting our exams covered by our insurance because of the switch from one carrier to another saying they were not accepting the new insurance carrier as of yet.We had our exams and I asked them to bill me because my insurance would’ve paid it in full. About a month later I called and made an appointment to go pick out a pair of glasses and they gladly made the appointment for me. I drove all the way there and they told me until I pay my balance off from our exams I couldn’t order glasses, that definitely should’ve been information you give to a patient over the phone. I was very upset and unsatisfied with the way they acted when I asked about getting glasses. I have since tried to call to pay the bills for our exam which was 98$ a piece and haven’t been able to get through to anyone and have left several voicemails with no return call from them at all. I since then have taken my business elsewhere because I don’t appreciate the cocky attitudes when asked a question or the dirty looks that are given from some of their staff members. I will not be returning ever again nor will I refer any of my family or friends to this company. Just rude and completely unprofessional. We are the customers and they act like it’s a problem we are coming to get our eyes checked or even ask them a single question. It’s so sad we are treated in the disgusting manner they treated us in. There is so much more I could tell about them, however it really isn’t worth my time."

"Very Unprofessional! The care I received was excellent, However, They are the worst run place I have ever encountered. I've requested multiple times to have my exam results sent to my PCP, Time & Time again it wasn't NEVER DONE. I had to call several times since they don't answer the phone, To request my results to be forwarded to my PCP. After a week they decided to call me at 6:30pm and lied to me several times! After this I will be taking my business elsewhere."
