"Some of the staff was just completely and utterly rude. I was helped by a nice lady named Gwen first, she got me everything I needed and was just a great help. But, when I called back Friday, to schedule an appointment, I got hung up on mid call and they closed 30 mins early. I wasn't able to ever leave a message but the voice box was full, every time. So I called back today, on Monday, and was not answered with a hello but a person asking what I wanted. I tried to explain my situation, but the lady on the line, who never gave me her name just sounded so disinterested. When I tried to schedule an appointment she said there wasn't any availability for some weeks. And as I tried to mention that wouldn't work, and if there were any other offices, she hung up mid-call again. I am completely taken aback by the lack of professionalism."

They have no respect for people’s time. I find it ironic that the charge for “no show” appointments. Can I get a discount for wasting my time?"
