"Was drowsy and had strep throat for 2 days...made the appointment and was scene right on time. Did the test and and got normal checkup. Everything was quick and precise, 20 minutes later after grabbing a couple groceries picked up my prescription. The Doctor was honest and gave me advice on what to do at home(change sheets, change tooth brush, keep a eye on my 2 year old). Thanks again will definetly be my go to place when I don't feel good"

"That is being nice this clinic is not kid friendly at all. If you can’t handle checking a child 6 and 4 year old and would offer no help while my daughter was holding one down to do strep swap so that isn’t their job to help you with a kid not wanting to open like maybe hold their nose but no they deal with this not their and told my daughter they can’t do it don’t deal with children then advertise no kids for your clinic. My daughter was crying when she call me said she got kicked out of the clinic so if I could zero stars I would. Terrible place"

"I was seen for possible strep last week. I can’t remember the docs name for the life of me, ( she was white, thin, taller, blonde hair). but she was the most professional, kind, genuine, and personable health care professional I have seen in a while. She took my concerns VERY seriously given an underlying health issue I have. She went above and beyond for me and she is the reason I feel healthy again only 4 days later! I was also very happy with the kindness showed to me by the women at the front desk ( she was white, dark brown hair, biggest smile in the world!) I had a HUGE work conflict and had to cancel but then was told to be seen, but at that point there was an appointment ahead of me. This generous woman took it upon herself to ENSURE I was seen as there was still a few mins before the next patient. She too went above and beyond for me. I will definitely be coming back to this clinic when need be!"

"I could not get into our normal urgent care for my sick child and had to book across town at this Kroger. We are hurrying to make the appointment. I fly into the parking lot, all 4 of my kids are in tow, hurry to the clinic desk. We’re 8 minutes late. I’m thinking: we made it! The receptionist curtly (rudely) says that we don’t have an appointment, that they have a 5 minute late policy. I can hear the provider yelling things at me from the back office, without getting up, just from her office. Very unprofessional. I expect a certain degree of subpar service from a medical providery who practices at a grocery store, but this one took the cake. Negative experience, do not recommend, I would not go unless it’s your last option."
