""We don't do the email." Actual quote from office staff. Patient communications here are limited to phone calls and snail mail. They have no secure online system. They use an autodialer phone system to send reminders of upcoming appointments, but it does not send verification of cancelled appointments. This place needs to get with the times. It's evident this business has not been taken care of in recent years. The old owner was holding this place in old school business practices, but recently retired and now they plan to create an online system in the future. They didn't seem too concerned with these issues when I tried to talk about them and let them know why I chose to schedule somewhere else. Staff was confrontational and defensive, but referred me to the Office Manager Ms. Tammy Laine. I called, since they don't do the email and don't seem to respond to Google reviews. The number I was given for Tammy did not go to Tammy, so I sat on hold for eight minutes waiting until eventually getting disconnected. There was no return call, so I called back to simply cancel the appointment."

"While the medical staff were kind, they never wanted to find the cause of the problems. They only want to treat the symptoms. The office staff are anything but kind or helpful and are responsible for most of the one star. I’ve never been treated so poorly by medical office staff. They also do some sketchy stuff when the patient/provider relationship ends. Just beware!"

"Absolute worst treatment I've ever gotten from a medical professional. Came here about a year and a half ago was told that they didn't deal with food allergies and that we should see a different allergist, so we did. That allergist didn't work out so we came back here and we were told they wouldn't see us because we had sought information from a different allergist. Then we were refused copies of medical records. All this after waiting 45 minutes to be seen. So unprofessional. You'd be better off going ANYWHERE else."

"Worst office ever!!!!! Incompetent staff. Showed up for my allergy testing on time. I wasn’t on schedule. No testing recommended in my chart. Matter of fact they have no record of my first appointment!!!!! Receptionist had the nerve to tell me that if I would have showed up 2 hours earlier I could have taken a canceled appointment?????? Are you kidding me I HAD AN APPOINTMENT and also stopped meds 5 days ago!!!!!! If you are even thinking about becoming a patient….. RUN!!!!! My insurance was billed and I paid my balance after first visit. I worked in the medical field for years and this is unacceptable!!!!!!! Cheryl Pegram….. Dayton OhIo"
