"Very offensive customer service. Talked over, erupted, misgendered, not even listened to, and then hung up on when I was confused as to why the person over the phone was having an attitude towards me. They called me to come back to get a pain shot. The young girl doesn't make sure with the doctor. She tells the nurse to get birth control for me, so lucky I make sure before they shot for me. I can't work they don't give me medicine. I ask them, they say the weather. I don't know why they are still here."

Everything leads to client portal which has a janky, laggy, confusing UI layout. It's barely usable. And has crashed on several occasions."

"I have been trying to call to find out when my appt is no one will answer the phone can’t get anyone to respond thru the portal"

"I was referred to this Dr. Office in Huber by my fiancé. So I set up appts for my daughters and I. They cancelled all three new patient appts and made us reschedule. I also made an appt just recently for my fiancé who has been going there for years. They called and had to reschedule. Because she is not going to be in office…..again. Then I asked if they could refill two of his very much needed meds and to have them sent to Walmart . They said sure but then Called back to let me know they had sent them in, but to the wrong pharmacy. This is just ridiculous for a dr. office to be so unorganized and inconsiderate of the patients and their needs. Never the less, we will be going somewhere else from here on out."

"Ford is great & I love having her as my primary care giver. BUT I can never get scheduled with her. These people are the WORST with your time. They don’t value your time at all. They are always 30+ minutes late on getting me into my actual scheduled appointments. Now I guess I’m gonna have to find a new doctor. Disappointing."
