"She laughed at me for a good 3 minutes because she thought it was funny that I smoke and was trying to find a therapist. She said I couldn't smoke for ptsd and ask for help and thought it was hysterical that I thought I could. Never have I ever known a therapist to approach someone's desire for help w/ laughter. Was 15 minutes late b/c I couldn't find the building and Karen couldn't answer her phone that was sitting right next to her to tell me the building is under construction but billed me for that time. Would not recommend."
