"They are always rude over the phone and I always have to wait on hold for 15+ minutes and STILL get attitude. They don’t help make accommodations to the moms that have to take the bus for transportation especially in this summer heat. It’s so unnecessary that they make you come all the way to the office to reload cards. I have a new born and this heat has been unbearable even for me so they need to figure out a way to do the reloads online so moms with no transportation have an easier time getting food for their baby."

"The staff is rude most of the time. Whenever the staff sees that a clent/mom/customer came in they take their time to sit there and chit chat while you're standing at the window waiting for the staff to be done having fun. Everyone has to take time out of their day to come here for benefits but the staff are rude and disrespectful and get really liud and ugly if you try and confront them about it. Phone service is the same way. On hold for more than 20 mins, end the call and call back and you tell them you've been waiting for more than 20 mins, the staff answers very unprofessionally and rude talking about then go ahead and call back. The staff needs some major retraining to do with customer service and telephone etiquette."

"Everytime I go to this WIC office I feel Like the ladies are power puff girls. Sugar and spice and everything nice. They are all so nice and courteous. Great work ladies! Proof that kindness can’t be compensated."
