"While I have no qualms with the staff in general, my care was explicitly terminated due to seeking a second-opinion (after several months off of work and severe side effects to a treatment plan). Extremely unprofessional behavior from the physician in question."

"I had a consultation a few years back that went pretty poorly - this consultation at the Kettering Sleep Disorder Center was an entirely different experience. Meaningful and focused interaction, answers to all my questions, and they fully understood my history of an early age stroke and how it may have caused apnea post recovery. I'm very appreciative of their attentiveness and time they took to fully understand and come up with a plan for me."

"We had to reschedule my husband's appointment due to a death. He was on the way to the appointment. And got stuck in traffic. I called and the lady at the front desk was rude as can be. I told her he is a few minutes down the road and she said well I am so sorry but he already cancelled once and now he is late .I don't think we can wait for him. He was pulling in lots and would of been 9 minutes late."

"If I could give no stars I would. Went there for a sleep study Monday night. The night tech was very nasty, her answers were short and rude. The next morning for breakfast, I did not receive half of what I ordered. The staff excuse was, "it was too much food and it wouldn't fit on the tray..." As if putting food on the tray isn't their job. So in my bed at 7am, I called the hospital and spoke to the kitchen manager. It was a man, and he was highly nonchalant. He asked me what do I want him to do with his kitchen staff like it's my job to do his job. I will not be back to this sleep center. They have terrible customer service do not go there!!!! If I were you I would go get sleep study elsewhere. For them to claim Christianity is sad. I will continue to pray for people like them"
