"I have deleted my previous complaints of FHC as their passive agressivness has escalated. They are dishonest, telling clients one thing, caretakers another and the agencies that provide funding what they want to hear. They have put children, parents, caretakers, and even their own employees at unnecessary risk by removing their mask policy at the worst time, during the increase in cases of the Delta variant. They have two COVID positive employees just after one week of the no mask policy change. CDC mandates all health care facilities wear masks and FHC had no legal right to disobey that mandate in the first place. They provide mental health care, making them a health care facility. They ignore caretaker requests for care including refusing to give the appropriate formula to an infant, and then lied to me, saying they gave it to the infant. They place blame, victimizing clients over bedbugs without any proof to do so. They can continue their pettiness over my parking, however their retaliation has affected the child and this is inexcusable. There are bigger issues going on in their parking lot than their pettiness over me parking in the shade. Some of which involve minors that I will not discuss here."

"1) This location is on the bad side of Hamilton where you can see questionable people in the area. 2) The building smells of mold 3) Very hard to reach staff via phone. 4) The waiting area is very small, and has nothing for kids to play with or TV with kids shows."
