"This year, I decided to train for a marathon. About 2 months out from my race, i developed hamstring tendinitis. The PTs at 212 were extremely thoughtful, action focused and thorough in helping me rehab my injury and get me back out on the road. I ran my marathon last weekend and went a PB! Thanks 212!"
"I visited Physical Therapy 212 on a day when an impending storm was on its way. Dr. Schulte still opened up the practice and dedicated over an hour of her time to treat me. She's professional, intelligent, personable and extremely passionate about physical therapy and improving the lives of her patients. She explains the reasoning behind the treatment and follows up after the appointment to see how you're feeling. Dr. Schulte is truly the best physical therapist I know and I can't recommend her enough. If you need treatment, visit Physical Therapy 212!"
"After dealing with back pain the last several years I finally decided to seek treatment. Dr. Schulte is amazing. Things began improving immediately after the first appointment and Dr. Schulte helped identify the cause and developed a plan to improve my strength. Beyond that, she has a genuine caring attitude for her patients and takes the time to answer any questions you have. I would highly recommend her to anyone!"
"A few years ago, I noticed my right shoulder had occasionally started aching after activities such as lifting, swimming, and playing ultimate frisbee. I just pushed though it, not giving it much thought, but it just continued to get worse. I had gone to a PT in the past but they didn’t take the time to really problem solve what was going on with me. And it didn’t work. By the end of 2017 I wasn’t able to lift at all in the gym without it hurting for days. I decided to quit working out altogether in hopes it would heal, but after 4 months there was no improvement. Desperate to get better, I tried a different PT. Dr. Schulte took her time to diagnose what was causing the pain and developed a plan to get me back to my best. She gave me the option of dry needling, which in my case would speed up the healing. I gave it a shot and with targeted exercises I was excited to see I was slowly getting results. I have been able to get back into the gym and am working up to my normal weight and without the pain. Recently I have been wakeboarding and ran a Mud Run without even thinking about my shoulder. I would highly recommend Dr. Schulte to anyone."
"About 3 years ago, I had torn my meniscus in my left knee. I had heard that surgery wasn’t always necessary, so I decided against it. Last December, it was still bothering me occasionally and I could only bend my knee about 75% of my usual range. So I got a professional opinion and decided to get the surgery done. Afterwards, I was really swollen and hobbling around. I made an appointment with Dr. Schulte to do physical therapy for it. When I met with her, she asked me about my history with my knee and watched my movements. She checked my hip stability and said that I had lost some on the left side from favoring it for those three years. I had never even noticed! Then she gave me some exercises to do to help with my knee swelling and range of motion, and improve my hip strength. After three weeks of doing my physical therapy, most of my swelling was gone, I had almost my original range of motion back in my knee, and I could feel that both my knee and hip were stronger. I’m so glad that I chose to do the physical therapy and so thankful for Dr. Schulte helping me get back to my full potential."
