"I went in today with excruciating pain and needing immediate help. Dr William Ingram listened to my concerns and believed me and I am finally feeling some relief in my lower back/hip. Thankyou so much, I will definitely be requesting to see him again in the future if anything arises. Additionally, the front desk lady was very sweet and who I believe was the nurse or PA, her name was Anna, was extremely nice and considerate. The whole staff was amazing 10/10!!!"
"Easy to set up appointment online. Check in was simple. and receptionist was kind. The MA that was on duty the day we went was awful. VERY bad bedside manner. She was uncaring, abrupt, extremely disrespectful and rude. Dr Ingram was wonderful. He was kind, respectful, thoughtful, caring, and compassionate.. I would’ve rated this facility a five if it wasn’t for the MA. She didn’t give her name, but she was older with medium long blonde hair on top dark hair underneath. If you see her when you’re there run!!! Last time I was there I had Anna for a MA… She was absolutely wonderful. A lovely human• During that same visit Forest, the receptionist/cashier is one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. He was very warm and welcoming."
"Very clean and friendly staff. Had an appointment on only waited about 5 minutes before they took me to an exam room. Saw the Doc about 10 minutes later, he did an exam, told me what he found and gave me some prescriptions. Never been to an Urgent Care before and this was a pleasant surprise. Would recommend you make an appointment and do your paperwork on like. I would recommend this office to anyone."
