"We have been calling and sending emails since last week trying to get in touch with Anna or anyone for that matter from Dr. Manocha office and can not get a return phone call or email from anyone. 3 emails and 5-6 phone calls and no reply. All we get is apologies from the call center that answers the phones. This is unacceptable behavior from a medical practice."
"Very first appointment the doctor was running a hour behind. okay things can happen but second appointment as soon as i check they tell me he is running behind again. roughly 45 minutes!!! I ask why can’t they give us a courtesy call so we don’t have to wait that long and we can just show up later and they said they aren’t aloud we need to be there. I find that odd and considering most people here are in pain it’s not fun sit 45-60 minutes waiting. the doctor is nice enough but with going only twice and having to wait for long periods both times I may be reconsidering coming here."
"Staff is very friendly and efficient. Very nice facility. Doctor is personable and thorough. However, I had an injection for left lower back/hip pain a week ago and it's not really feeling better. I don't know what my portion of cost will be after insurance, but I hope it isn't much because it didn't solve my issues."
"I have really bad doctor anxiety and have been super stressed about this appointment! I was extremely pleased with my doctor at Beacon! I made sure he knew how bad my anxiety was about being there in general, and he made sure I understood and knew everything that was happening and was going to happen! He was very patient with me, and very thorough with my options and how each one would work. I would recommend them 100 times."
"Had surgery on l4-l5. After therapy still having pain and numbness. Had an injection through a beacon doctor on next appointment no relief. Said it may take a year for the numbness to go away. Went back for my checkup in 3 months. Said everything was great sent me to pain management. Felt like they were just dismissing me and didn’t believe I was still in pain. Finally I decided on a second opinion after 2 more injections through pain management. Second opinion doctor did a cat scan and found out that now l3 is herniated also. Went back to beacon and was told that it was bulging mildly when they did surgery. But they didn’t fix it. When I went back for my year checkup. Told me they knew it was herniated and that when you have a fusion it puts more pressure on the one above it. If you know that why not fix it while you’re in there knowing it could become worse. Now looking at another surgery but not through Beacon. Now after a year have lost my job due yo not being able to work and looking at another surgery. They shouldn’t just dismiss people or send to a pain management should have tried to fix the problems from the start. If they had done that I could have been back to work and able to live a normal life but instead I’m in constant pain and unable to lead a normal life and enjoy it! Will not recommend them I’m a nurse by trade so I wasn’t unaware of what was going on. But why didn’t they order a cat scan or something else other than just an X-ray to say everything was fine. If someone is still in that much pain I would think they would try and help instead of dismissing them and sending them on the the next doctor yo deal with their problems. Finish what you started!!"
