"The Nurse practitioner Christina King was very rude, condescending, and impatient with me when I begin to ask questions about my treatment and medication. I felt disrespected and mistreated as a patient. Obviously she needs some customer service training and some HELP because I waited 3 hours just to get treated like a idiot when I finally got to be seen. I am highly disappointed and upset with the whole practice."

"Even with an appointment and the waiting room complete empty, the wait time is always long. The office staff can be very condescending. When I have called with questions regarding medication refills I was denied refills even though my insurance says there is no reason to not refill it. The office staff said I have to see the nurse practitioner before they can give me a refill. I saw her at the end of October. There is no reason to deny the refill. My feeling is that they just want the money for the office visit. I requested to talk to the nurse practitioner and have never heard anything.Very unprofessional. Just avoid this facility!"
