"If zero stars was an option. First the front desk was speaking loudly enough about my paperwork I heard it through closed windows in the waiting room. Next they questioned how I knew my insurance #s without my card. I work with insurance all day. They just became even more rude. Their attitude is not a medical field quality."
"This is a great urgent care facility especially if you need to see a doctor quickly. I have been here several times and all of the staff from the person at the window to the doctor or nurse practitioner are always extremely friendly. Even when they are busy the wait isn't too long and the doctor is very polite and quick getting to you. This place has earned my business Anytime I cannot get into my family doctor quick enough. Overall I have zero complaints with this urgent care."
"Went in there for some steroids for my sciatic nerve lady promised me she would give me enough of them. She gave me five week mg steroid pills never helped at all waste of time. She lied straight to my face and I called to try to get a few more to help my situation with my sciatic nerve. And the receptionist was the rudest lady I've ever spoke to him my life. give zero Star and fire that receptionist if I could."
"I have never in my 40yrs on Earth had to do my own STI swab & to make matters worse the girl at the front desk offered no instructions then had the audacity to have an attitude! Her attitude is NOT for the Healthcare field it belongs at McDonald's! People who are sick don't wanna deal with an attitude from a person that should be HELPING you! BE BETTER & DO BETTER!"
"My 7 year old daughter was seen today at the Dayton location. We went for an ear ache and she was prescribed amoxicillin. The PA ordered her pills instead of liquid medication. I called in to ask for the change and was told the doctor would call me back. Waiting in Rite Aid for about 30 mins and no call, I call back. I was told that the doctor would not and can not change my daughter prescription. I was then told to crush the pills. You are not supposed to crush amoxicillin. After being hung up on, I talked to someone at the Trotwood location who asked a Physician to fill the oral suspension so my daughter could take the medication. I am unsure on why the Dayton location couldn’t do the same. Rachel Rigdon, PA is the person we seen and I feel like her disregard to fully care for my child and lack of empathy along with the MA or Nurse is pathetic! I will not be back."
