"We began seeing Dr. Harper as our children's pediatrician last year, and the in-office experiences have been great! Dr. Harper is very thorough, and my family has never felt like he was rushing through the appointment. He took his time and addressed any questions and concerns we had during the appointment. The only thing I don't like about the office is the process of scheduling appointments. I have been on hold for almost 10 minutes multiple times trying to make a simple appointment for my children. When I tried to make appointments on the portal, the requests never go through or I never receive a response so I have to end up calling in."
