"It Monday 11-6-23 they open at 7:30 been trying to call since 7:55 am and your office is now close and it's 8 and still keep getting the same message. Our is now closed. Need to reschedule but I cant."

"I do not like five rivers. The care there is too slow they don't believe in preventive care like having a flareup of pus tumors etc they won't give u antibiotics to prevent infections until further curable treatment plans. I don't know if it's them or the law but medical services lately looks incompetent making me wonder if their training and licenses are fraudulent or they just lazy minded. I just cold turkey stopped going to appts bcus their call center or office don't answer phone calls in a timely manner. Be on hold for 20 minutes just to cancel appts forcing a no show. When they dont answer it causes no shows which look suspect as intentional to cut work loads they barely have. These Workers need to stay home or be investigated by higher authorities they're not affiliated with as friends and colleagues"

"Takes them 2 weeks to return a phone call and issue is still not resolved. And these people really want to be out there doing surgical procedures on women. Extremely incompetent staff. Do NOT recommend."

"I’ve had a horrible experience, I have no idea who my doctor is, I’m having my first and probably only child and I feel like they should be telling me everything they can to make me feel more comfortable and sometimes it just feels like they’re talking down to me. I don’t know. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Every time you call you have to wait on hold for 45 minutes and this isn’t an exaggeration, and once you get them on the phone they don’t know anything. This is probably why no one answers the phone. I’m just irritated and tired of it being so difficult to get information from my doctors office."

"The staff is grear, my midwife Anne was amazing, as well as Olivia. I was there for both my pregnancies and the treatment was great. The pregnancy centering program is unbelievable and both my boys are in five Rivers pediatrics with Jeremy and we all love them too, the nurses there are the best as well! And not to forget about the healthy start program, the social workers are the mostly lovely ladies ever!"
