Five Rivers Specialty Clinic, located at 30 East Apple Street in Dayton, Ohio, is committed to providing access to quality, comprehensive, and respectful healthcare to all patients and the community. Our services include routine physical exams, immunizations, vaccinations, acupuncture, general surgery, and more. We offer vision appointments on Thursdays at our Edgemont Campus location, as well as routine OB care, pre-pregnancy counseling, and primary care for patients newborn to 21 years of age. Our dedicated staff goes above and beyond to ensure the well-being of our patients, as evidenced by the heartfelt testimonials we receive.
