"New Patient and first time experience this morning. Went in for removal of infected Double Ingrown Toenail. I've had this procedure done once before at another Podiatrist and had a VERY BAD experience. That experience influenced my fear of needles. I mentioned this to Dr. Painter and the nurse and what did they do? They were extremely friendly and reassuring about the entire process and more patient than I could ever ever ask for! They were very friendly, professional, calming, offering water and distractions to assist in the process. It was over before I knew it. Dr. Painter was very knowledgeable and understanding regarding outpatient recommendations and recovery processes and was great in answering my questions. This Podiatric Center renewed my trust in Podiatrists and I am beyond grateful for them. 5/5 Would Recommend."
