"Rude staff. Dr doesn’t know how to handle a child on the spectrum.please all people go to another urgent care they refused service to my child even though we have insurance, but not the card on hand but had policy number and all information. Emtala law about refusing anybody especially for a child. I would give far less stars and feel instead of lady complaining on a weekend about being busy bc dr offices are closed find new work or live by the golden rule. Not being pretentious and rude"

"The staff was very kind and helpful, iv had the same symptoms 3 or 4 times in the last 4 or 5 months. I came to AccessMD and seen the provider and after a look over and talking he suggested I ask my family Dr. About a specialist for nose and throat due to a deviated septum he suspected. My Appointment is Monday so we shall see, but all in all this is a very friendly staff that actually seems happy to help their patients."
