"I felt this doctor office was really nice your concern to my health I looking for a doctor I know who ask a lot of question about me and she told seem very concern about me I never had doctor ask me lot of my health I hopei can be a good patient not make it hard on doctor ms Angela thank you I feel she will"
"This place is horrible. My father is 87 with multiple health issues. Getting test results from them is ridiculously hard. One instance I had to call every day for two weeks, with a promise of a call back every day, which never happened. Another instance it was so important for him to wear a heart monitor that they put him off for two weeks and rescheduled his appointment to get it three times. Recently we have called every day for a week for blood tests results with no call back. They do not care about their patients at all. If you care about your elderly parent, do not take them there."
"The service is awful first I was talking to them all month for appointment I missed my appointment cause they forgot schedule transportation. Then they called me by the wrong name to see the doctor.there receptionists are rude and nasty attitudes singing and humming on the phone while they check stuff just rude rude rude.Iam done. Harassing my new doctors Just hateful people."
"Everyone there is so wonderful they actually listen to me and what was going on with me they didn't hurry up so they could get out of the room and if you had questions they would answer it"
"I was looking for a new doctor and was very interested in meeting Dr. Kepler. I was told ahead of time that I *had* to do a Welcome to Medicare visit (not with him) first and then a follow up to that visit (also not with him), both of which I know are optional in Medicare. I I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment. There were LOTS of staff/employees around--they were all friendly and chatting, none seemed super busy. NO other patients waiting. I sat in the waiting room for an hour and 15 minutes, and was never called. I finally got up and left, and unfortunately, won't be going back, so I'll never get to meet the doctor I was interested in seeing. I understand doctor's offices are sometimes quite busy, but this is an outrageous length of time to wait, with no info at all. Crossing Oak Street off my list."
