"I have always been interested in personality assessments (i.e. Myers-Briggs, Enneagram,) matters of the mind, philosophy and the mind-body connection. So naturally when Julia told me about the ELI assessment (Energy Leadership Index) I had to take it. What is interesting about the ELI assessment is that it measures your different energy levels in your normal state and in a stressed state. The assessment divides your energy into seven different states ranging from draining, resisting or catabolic energy to healing, constructive or anabolic energy. For me to me able to see the different types of energy and the levels at which I am expending it in my stressed state versus my normal state was surreal. Julia not only exposed me to this interesting and thought provoking test, but she walked with me through all of my results. Her knowledge as a physician and personal wellness coach is not only a valuable asset but also a comforting guide. She is compassionate in her work, helping you to see that everyone has some sort of experience in each energy state but that it is not written in stone. That as you grow as an individual your ELI assessment grows with you. In a sense, the ELI assessment can be an ever changing baseline or reference for personal growth, with Julia's guidance along the way.
