"Why can't they keep staff? It seems like every year my nurse practitioner has quite her job and I have someone new. It is hard to develop any type of rapport when there is always someone new."

Every few years… they are always like we have a new computer system and it only goes back a couple years so you are not in system so we can’t help you. Only been going since you opened 20 years ago but okay I will find a doctor that likes helping people. I guess Marysville is just too big now, or doctors prefer patient they can make money on."

"0 stars. As it goes with the rest of the "Memorial" family of health care facilities the quality of care went downhill dramatically. And if you have any issues your only recourse is to waste your time by contacting the "Director of Patient Experience" but Ken and his boss Melanie at Memorial are about as unprofessional and rude as they come. They don't care. They won't help. Anyway, I tried to square away the issues personally with the office manager at Memorial Damascus... She said she would look into the matter and call me back. As expected, she never returned my call. Just like how the doctor said he was going to do X, Y, and Z but never followed through with said promises. I believe once you're absorbed by Memorial it's some how required for these practices to make promises and not follow through on them. They also won't have the decency to let you know if things change. They had me waiting months for a promised call back and a medical letter but neither were actually coming. They changed their mind but instead of letting me know they left me hanging like a dog. If you want to feel like a number and be treated like you don't matter, Memorial practices are the best you'll find anywhere."

The service was a lot better before they got so many patients!They didn’t grow with the increase of patients!My Dr.was 6 weeks before I could get an appointment! They won’t let me see anybody else but primary Dr.If you have serious problem you can’t wait 6 weeks!I have to use Teledoc to get better service!"

"I have been going here for over 20yrs. I have had excellent care. Dr. Herzog is caring, kind and takes the proper time to treat me. They use My Chart and it is an excellant app that holds all my medical data. Her assistants are very efficient and caring. Dr. Herzog treats the whole person, she takes the time to understand pertinent family history. If patients were able to give doctors Appreciation awards she should be the 1st doctor to receive it.
