"The staff is amazing my Dr she is amazing even her nurses are so respectful. My 2 daughters and I go to her and she is so patient and sweet. Takes her time to not just listen but answer every single question or concern I have. Another thing I love about her is she is not one to shove medication at you. She sets you up a plan an asks you how it's going if good that's great if not then you both talk together about it she don't say we'll take this she talks to you about it. She don't do 7000 referrals if something don't work she figures it out. Obviously if it's out of her practice then she does refer but she refers pretty amazing people as well. All around I love the office I love the front staff and I absolutely love my Dr and her team. Thank you so much for caring for us like you would your own family. β€"
"I'm sorry about the situation the Andrews family experienced but many of us were very concerned about the possibility of contracting COVID back in February. Majority of MFM patients were not yet eligible to receive vaccine so happy staff were being extra careful with health of everyone at that time. I have always been 100% satisfied with medical attention I have received there."
"Yesterday, my husband and I had appointments to establish new patient-doctor relationships with one of the physicians in this practice. We felt very insulted when the physician entered the doorway of the exam room and asked us to leave. He explained that because I had been treated at a CVS Minute Clinic, just 8 days ago, for a sinus infection and ear pain, that their practice had protocol in place that did not allow for potentially positive COVID-19 people to enter into their office. We could continue the appointment but we needed to go to our cars and complete the examinations via telehealth. We were dumbfounded to say the least. Upon check-in and providing previously completed "new patient forms," we were screened for COVID-19 by the receptionist. Both of us answered the screening questions to indicate we had not been experiencing any of the COVID-19 symptoms or any new symptoms that match the COVID-19 criteria, nor had we been exposed in the last 14 days to anyone who had tested positive for the coronavirus. We had our 1 1/2 year old grandson with us. Upon check-in, I told the receptionist that our grandson had come down with a cough, runny snotty nose and low-grade fever for a couple of days. He last registered a temperature 10 days ago on January 5. His cough, runny snotty nose, and temperature faded after 3 days of medicine. We continued giving him allergy medicine, and he was doing better. We honestly did not believe we were posing a threat to the office staff or other patients. We were treated as if we had been publicly declared to be positive for the plague! Even though, before being taken back to the examination room, my temperature was taken and I registered no fever. Once the physician was told about my visit to the CVS Minute Clinic, 8 days prior, he determined I could possibly have COVID-19. That is when he asked us to leave the office. Needless to say, we were quite upset. Especially my husband because he hadn't been seen at the CVS Minute Clinic, nor had he had any sinus infection symptoms. It was only me, but he was scrutinized as well. I realize while some of my conditions may mimic symptoms of COVID-19, they can also mimic symptoms for sinusitis and seasonal allergies. The factors that caused my husband and I to become so upset about how this physician's office handled the situation was that we have had no exposure to anyone that has been COVID-19 positive; that some of my conditions are chronic and not new developments of illness; how we were spoken to and made to feel; and that a future resolution wasn't even offered. My husband has some serious underlying medical conditions and was hoping to discuss with this physician about getting documentation to allow him to sign-up in the next phase for the COVID-19 vaccine. From everything that I can understand about COVID-19 symptoms, exposure, quarantine, and isolation, my husband and I are not positive for COVID-19. We should not have been turned away. I am highly disappointed in this physician's office."
"This place is a joke, we and my wife wanted to establish a relationship with a new doctor. We get there and into the back when they come and tell us we have to leave. Because my wife was at cvs care 8 days ago for a sinus infection. No signs of Covid. Staff was not friendly, Doctor wasn't very nice either. Overall horrible, glad we didn't end up here."
