"I have had nothing but very positive experiences at this OB office. I have been a patient of Dr. Schrickel's since 2018, and let me tell you, there is a reason she was awarded Physician of the Year by Memorial Health a few years back. She listens very attentively, and she has made herself personally available whenever I had pregnancy concerns both in my first pregnancy back in 2019 and my current one. I have met with every physician at the practice between my two pregnancies (except Dr. Hazelbaker), and I have not had any issue with any of them. This pregnancy, due to high blood pressure, I have had to come in for two non-stress tests a week, and the receptionists have come to just know me and be very personable because of this. The nurses/medical assistants that do my non-stress tests are very friendly and compassionate. I cannot recommend this practice enough, particularly Dr. Schrickel."

"The care I’ve received has always been wonderful but the office/front of the practice leaves a lot to be desired. Good luck getting someone to answer the phone; They leave their phones off until way past their “opening hours”. I stopped trying to make an appointment for my daughter this morning because of this. Bad administrative staff of a medical practice is a quick way to lose patients."

"Edit: I went back inside after I took a minute to gather myself. The office manager approached me to offer that I still be seen, but by Lisa, the nurse practitioner. I'm glad I went back inside. Lisa was very nice, professional & easy to talk to. I appreciate that she was willing to see me. They apologized about the phones & insisted they're trying to find ways for things to operate better. The only reason there is a 3 ⭐️ is because I like Dr. Schrickel....she is the ONLY reason I still go to this place, but I am getting fed up with the operating procedures. I have nothing but issues every time I have an appt. Today I ran into an unexpected road block/detour on Rt4 that set my commute back about 12 minutes. I immediately tried calling the office to let them know I would be a few minutes behind schedule & make sure it was still ok to come (otherwise I wouldn't have driven 35 minutes to get there). I was on hold so long (TWICE) that the phone automatically sent me to voicemail & I had arrived at the office (during my 3rd attempt to call) & still no one had answered. I walk in & 2 ppl are sitting at the front desk, NOT ON THE PHONE. I was a total 15 minutes late, I am aware I was late, that's why I was trying to call. I was told none of that mattered & I wouldn't be able to be seen & would have to reschedule.....to hell with MY schedule. I understand scheduling, I work by a schedule, too. But if I am calling for damn near 25 minutes while I am driving to get there & never get an answer & walk in to 2 ppl just sitting at the desk not on the phone...that's a problem. I do my best to respect other people's time, so I most definitely do NOT appreciate it when they don't respect mine."

"If I could rate it zero I would. Lobby is hot and humid, doctors act like they could care less about your problems ESPECIALLY Dr.Hazelbaker. Thinks because he’s a man a women’s problem is fake and their pain is fake. It’s even worse that he runs the place."

"Staff are pretty nice though being a young women is very hard and when people don’t listen to you because of young age it’s very frustrating . Age should NOT matter . A women’s health is a women’s health . If I explain that there is things going on that I know don’t feel right just please listen instead of trying to get my mind to go another place because you see me as “young girl”. I should not be feeling the way I do about my health down there if I was getting more detailed and informative info so we can pin point the exact problem ( within reasonable timing) not having to wait a year just to get things started. Its truly how I felt here . Overall though it’s a nice little place."
