"I’ve been a patient at Piqua family practice for about 8 years. They call thier patients and complain about you not picking up your prescriptions even if you don’t need them yet. They made me give myself allergy shots for a year that were useless that cost me $800 out of pocket and I have no allergies to start with, and twice they wasted my time by sending my blood test orders to the wrong hospital even after I called to verify it with them the last time. I’m done!! The young girls on her staff are a joke! They hear but don’t listen!"

"I have gone to Piqua Family Practice for a very long time, since I was young. Today I tried to call to make an appointment for just a screening for insurance purposes. First time I called, I was put on hold for over 5 minutes, no one ever came back on the phone, so I hung up and tried to call back, I immediately was asked to hold again, I tried to tell them I was having to go back to work, so I really couldn't hold again after being put on hold the last time. She said she was with a patient, which I get, but I told her I just needed to make an appointment I asked if anyone else could help me, she said yeah but shes on the phone. I asked how I was supposed to make an appointment. She ended up hanging up on me. So I called back again, and for the 3rd time was asked to hold. I told them no I really couldn't, I just needed an appointment. And was told to hold on, and was put on hold yet again. I guess I will just get another Dr. that can talk to me."

"I have never had an issue with any of the staff at this location for the past 4-5 years since relocating to Piqua. They are extremely reasonable, patient, understanding, and have a solid grasp on current and traditional practices. I can't recommend them enough."
