"It's 2019 and I can't leave them a voicemail after hours? I am happy with the doctor, but extremely unhappy with the business."
"First, I was misdiagnosed with a sinus infection when I actually had an abcessed tooth which I discovered when severe pain sent me to the emergency room in the middle of the night. Second, I ran out of my the medication that I take every day for depression. The pharmacy placed several requests for refills with NO REPLY. I finally called the doctor and they asked me to come in. I came in but was 20 minutes late to my appointment. The doctor could not see me for another week. When I asked if they could give me an intermediate prescription to cover the time until I could see the doctor. They said no. I explained that I go through severe withdrawals (Zoloft is a dangerous medicine to suddenly stop taking). They said that I was told in January that I needed to make another appointment. That may be true but since January, I have been dealing with my 6 year old son's OCD diagnosis and had forgotten to make the appointment. I sit here tonight going through withdrawal. Don't go here. They are heartless"
