"A very welcoming and personal physical therapy enterprise that is a great "Alternative" to the local large conglomerates. Although a private business, they are well equipped and very current. Friendly staff and therapists, they provided all the necessary counsel and hands on routines for quick and comfortable healing and recovery."

"The therapist who owns the company, is very knowledgeable, but she is also very unprofessional. She is always late. For 8am appointment, she always arrives at the office at 8:12am or sometimes 8:15am. She does not feel sorry that her clients have to wait for her to show up. And the appointment will not be extended because she is late. The appointment will still end before 9am, sometimes ending at 8:50am or 8:55am. So for the 1 hour scheduled appointment, clients will only get about 30-40 minutes therapy time. During the appointment, she sometimes also will not make use of the remaining 30-40 minutes, because she has forms to complete for clients. So she will let clients use equipment by themselves, and thus she has time to complete forms. What a waste of clients’ time!"

By using their deep tissue massage in combination with the ultra sound machines, in my case, it took three sessions to fix it.
