"Well I have been a patient of this doctor's office since I was a child. I haven't been to the doctor in around 2 years because I have not gotten sick. So when I finally get sick and decide that I would like to go to the doctor or make an appointment, they won't take me back because I'm not going there regularly within a year and decide that I am not worth prescribing medication for and decide that I should just go to the emergency room instead. It's saddens me because several of the doctors here are quite friendly and have always treated my symptoms quickly and efficiently. I might have to look elsewhere now because of this policy."

"I used to really hate Springforest after some bad experiences with Dr. Baldwin and their staff, but I've recently had really great experiences with Dr. Barmann. She is patient, actually listens to you and doesn't try to rush you. She's actually really awesome. My visit today was really great and the LPN who did the initial check in was really nice as well. They even offered to fax some paperwork to insurance for me so I didn't have to (even though the papers said it was my responsibility to make sure the paperwork made it there). They did it right then and showed me that it went through. Everyone in the office was pleasant. I left with an overall good vibe. I do have to say though that sometimes scheduling can be tough with her (I think she only works part-time). I also highly recommend getting an early appointment since she sometimes runs behind (due to her actually caring about her patients)."
